While all of the others kids were outside playing, Daniel was in the kitchen. Learning how to cook watching Julia Child was how Daniel found his passion for cooking. Ever since then he has been on a mission to become the Boston chef he has always imagined himself to be.
After his first culinary teacher said he did not have what it takes to make it in the industry, Daniel was determined to do just the opposite. Now, an executive chef at the Tap Trail Bar & Grille in Boston, Daniel is finally able to say “told you so.” Not to worry, Daniel has since caught up with his old teacher over coffee and traded industry secrets.
Working in the heart of the city right next to Faneuil Hall, has been an amazing experience for Daniel. This popular area keeps the restaurant busy and always cooking.
